This Natural Brown rose cut rectangle shape Sapphire is set in Sterling Silver with a diamond (0.03ct) set in a 14k yellow gold pebble for some extra sparkle.

This stone is really super Unique, it is so magical how the light shows a sheen/glow that glides over the stone when it moves. this is caused by ***asterism effect .

I added an 14k yellow gold pebble with a small diamond for some extra spar

Sapphire's crystal name is Corundum.

With a hardness of 9 on the scale of Mohs, its next to a diamond (10)

 **the inner crystal growth stucture of Corundum has a hexagon shape 

***Asterism = Basically, there are rutile needle inclusions in it that are oriented at certain angles to give it that partial star effect. The reason why you can't actually see a partial star is that the stone is cut flat. In order for the star to show, the stone must be cut into a high-domed cabochon.*
